  • Interac e-Transfer – payments are sent to and are due upon order submission

In Store Purchases

In store you can choose to pay by:

We offer free shipping on orders greater than $300 or $20 flat free shipping on orders that are less than $300. Remote areas as identified by Canada Post, Alaska, Hawaii, Peurto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and Guam will incur additional shipping charges. If you live in any of these areas you’ll receive an email that will provide the additional shipping charges for your order once it has been packed. If you live in a remote area and would like a price for shipping prior to order please reach out to with the items you’d like to order and your postal or zip code. 

Orders are sent out via UPS, Canpar, Purolator, FedEx or Canada Post. If you have a preferred carrier that you would like us to use please add a note to your order letting us know which carrier you’d like the order shipped. If there are additional charges to ship via your chosen provider we’ll let you know by email. To ensure you receive the fastest possible shipping time, please avoid using P.O. Box addresses as our couriers are unable to deliver to them and they do not allow for multi box shipments. If the only available option for delivery is a PO Box there may be additional shipping charges payable. We will notify you by email of any additional charges.

We take extreme pride in our products and promise to pack your order in a manner that will allow safe arrival to you. If this does not happen please send us an e-mail to with photos of any broken or damaged items, the packaging and a photo that shows the box and the carriers shipping label on the box. 

Orders With Unpaid Shipping Charges

If in-store pickup is chosen during checkout and the order requires shipping please let us know by sending an e-mail to  The shipping payment is required by e-transfer before the order will be shipped out. 

PLEASE NOTE – If we have not received payment for shipping within 14 days of order the order will be unpacked and re-stocked onto our shelves. A store credit will be issued for the value paid minus a 20% restocking fee.

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available from our Ajax store during normal business hours. If in-store pickup is chosen during checkout you will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready to be picked up. Please see our home page for location, directions and hours.

PLEASE NOTE – Pickup orders will only be held for 14 days. If your order has not been picked up within 14 days you will be issued a store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.
