Online Store Purchases

In our online store you can choose to pay by:

  • Credit Card – we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, EnRoute, JCB
  • Interac e-Transfer – payments are sent to payments@painteddonkey.ca and are due upon order submission
  • Sezzle & AfterPay – split your entire order into 4 interest-free payments over 6 weeks. No fees if you pay on time with zero impact to your credit. Click here for more details.

In Store Purchases

In store you can choose to pay by:

  • Credit Card – we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, EnRoute, JCB
  • Interac Debit
  • Mobile Wallets – Apple Pay and Android Pay
  • Cash

Shipping

If shipping is required your shipping cost will be sent to you after your order has been packed. Please watch out for you shipping cost email that will come from info@painteddonkey.ca in case it lands in your junk or spam folder rather than your inbox. Payment for shipping is required within 24 hours of email notification.

PLEASE NOTE – If your shipping payment has not been received within 24 hours and no communication has been made your order will be refunded less a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the time we spent packing and then unpacking your order and the fees that we paid to process and refund your payment.

Orders are sent out via UPS, Canpar, Purolator, FedEx or Canada Post. If you have a preferred carrier that you would like us to use please add a note to your order letting us know which carrier you’d like the order shipped. To ensure you receive the fastest possible shipping time, please avoid using P.O. Box addresses as our couriers are unable to deliver to them and they do not allow for multi box shipments. 

We take extreme pride in our products and promise to pack your order in a manner that will allow safe arrival to you. If this does not happen please send us an e-mail to ask@painteddonkey.ca with photos of any broken or damaged items, the packaging and a photo that shows the box and the carriers shipping label on the box. 

In-Store Pickup

Free in-store pickup is available from our Ajax store during normal business hours. If in-store pickup is chosen during checkout you will receive an email letting you know when your order is ready to be picked up. Please see our home page for location, directions and hours.

PLEASE NOTE – Pickup orders will be held for a maximum of 14 days. If your order has not been picked up within 14 days your order will be refund less a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the time we spent packing and then unpacking your order and the fees that we paid to process and refund your payment.
