Pressing Instructions:
Pre-press your garment for 5 to 10 seconds to remove any moisture from it
Place patch on the garment, cover with teflon sheet and press at 325F for 20 seconds with heavy pressure then turn the garment inside out and press for another 20 seconds to ensure it has adhered really well.
