Our goal is to process orders within 1-2 business days; however, processing times may fluctuate depending on the volume of orders. If there is an issue with your order we will reach out via email, this may effect processing time. For DTF and UV DTF orders please allow 2-3 business days for order completion; if ordered after 10am the first day for processing is the following day. Again processing times may fluctuate depending on volume of orders and if any issues arise.

We offer free shipping on orders greater than $500 or $20 flat free shipping on orders that are less than $500. Remote areas as identified by Canada Post, Alaska, Hawaii, Peurto Rico, U.S. Virgin Island and Guam will incur additional shipping charges. If you live in any of these areas you’ll receive an email that will provide the additional shipping charges for your order once it has been packed. If you live in a remote area and would like a price for shipping prior to order please reach out to ask@painteddonkey.ca with the items you’d like to order and your postal or zip code.

Orders are sent out via UPS, Canpar, Purolator, FedEx or Canada Post. If you have a preferred carrier that you would like us to use please add a note to your order letting us know which carrier you’d like the order shipped. If there are additional charges to ship via your chosen provider we’ll let you know by email. To ensure you receive the fastest possible shipping time, please avoid using P.O. Box addresses as our couriers are unable to deliver to them and they do not allow for multi box shipments. If the only available option for delivery is a PO Box or Canada Post must be used there may be additional shipping charges payable. We will notify you by email of any additional charges.

We take extreme pride in our products and promise to pack your order in a manner that will allow safe arrival to you. If this does not happen please send us an e-mail to ask@painteddonkey.ca with photos of any broken or damaged items, the packaging and a photo that shows the box and the carriers shipping label on the box.

Orders With Unpaid Shipping Charges

If in-store pickup is chosen during checkout and the order requires shipping please let us know by sending an e-mail to ask@painteddonkey.ca  The shipping payment is required by e-transfer before the order will be shipped out.

PLEASE NOTE – If we have not received payment for shipping within 14 days of order the order will be unpacked and re-stocked onto our shelves. A store credit will be issued for the value paid minus a 20% restocking fee.

Colours may vary slightly due to monitor calibration differences and lighting used for product photos.

All sales are final, however if there is an error or problem with your order please reach out via email right away! Your satisfaction is guaranteed.

*These are RECOMMENDED temps and times only. You may need to adjust temp and time to get optimal results from your oven or press.

Glossy + Matte Tumblers
Press: 356°F for 1 minute if not a full wrap. If a full wrap 356F for 45 seconds then 180 degree turn and press for an additional 45 seconds.
Convection Oven: 360°F for 6 minutes turn at 3 minutes.

Glass + Frosted Glass Beer Cans
Press: 356°F for 120 seconds with medium pressure. If doing a full wrap you’ll need to rotate the glass.
Convection Oven: 385F for 8 minutes. Rotate glass at 4 minutes.
Beer Steins: Mug press 180C for 100-120 seconds      Convection oven: 400F for 12-15 minutes

Ceramic mugs
Press: 360°F for 260 seconds.
Convection Oven: 400°F for 14 minutes turn at 7 minutes.

Polymer Mugs (NO OVEN)
Press: 385°F for 180 seconds. The metal insert must be used during pressing and cooling to prevent melting of the mug.

Apparel and all Textiles ie. pillow covers, T-shirts, Hoodies…
Press: 385°F for 60 seconds, light pressure

Aluminum Blanks
* Remove plastic protection film from both sides (if applicable)
Press: 400°F for 60 seconds.

PU Leather Blanks; keychains, notebooks, jewelry box
Press: 365°F / 180°C for 60 sec. Flip and repeat for double sided products

MDF Blanks (ALWAYS PRE-PRESS)
* Remove protective film before pressing
Press: 365°F for 40-45 Seconds; increase the time to 80 seconds for larger items (dry erase boards)

Acrylic Blanks (DO NOT MIRROR)
* Remove protective plastic film from the front and back of the blank.
Press: 365°F for 65 seconds; leave on press for 30 seconds before removing and place under heavy object to cool after removing to avoid warping.

Glass blanks (DO NOT MIRROR)
*Place image on back frosted/white side. Use caution when pressing as the glass can crack with too much pressure.
Ornament: Press 356°F for 120 seconds with light pressure.
Cutting board: Press 356°F for 240 seconds with light pressure.

Laminated/Plastic/Coated paper products ie. Pinwheel and bookmarks, fan
Press: 352F for 50 seconds with light to medium pressure. Flip and press second side for same time. Place under something heavy after pressing to minimize curling.
